Consultation and shipping:
Products ordered directly from the site and without consultation will be packed and shipped within 1-2 business day depending on stock availability.

Consultations will be performed as scheduled by various type. Email and photograph review consultations will be completed within 24-48 hours of request and products will be packaged and shipped within 1-2 business days depending on stock availability. If a video or telephone consultation is requested, the products will be packaged and shipped within 1-2 business days after completion of consultation depending on stock availability.

If you prefer, we can ship monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly curated skin care regimens if you prefer to leave the scheduling to us. This way, you will never run out of product.

Refund policy:
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds/returns as these are individualized product regimens for specific patients. We do recommend you reach out to us with any questions or concerns about your regimen. If a different product is more suitable for your need, we will apply product credits towards purchase of the replacement product within your regimen. We have the same goal in mind; promote healthy skin to look and feel your best.
