Exclusive Access to Revance Aesthetics Line of HA Fillers

RHA® Resilient Hyaluronic Acid Gel Fillers by Revance - Developed with Swiss precision and performance.

The first and only designer filler for dynamic wrinkles and folds (Swiss Made). RHA fillers were approved in the US in 2017 but have been in Europe and the UK as the #2 most used filler since 2015. RHA fillers are used for moderate to severe dynamic wrinkles and folds.

The folds and lines and wrinkles on your face move with every facial movement. How a filler behaves in the skin determines if your natural expressions stay your own.

No one wants to look stiff or "done" from filler injections. Aside from the extremely important skill of your chosen injector, the choice of fillers and the strategy behind those choices call for a variety of filler densities and properties.

Naturally behaving filler is key to maintaining a natural appearance whether your face is still or smiling or even pouting. The RHA collection of fillers was designed in Switzerland with special long-chain gel particles to be resilient and stretchy.

Manufacturing Process: Latest innovation in HA technology since 2008- The Preserved Network Technology (preserves long HA chains for less chemical BDDE modification) to be more like the natural HA found in skin without compromise to duration.

These smooth gel fillers come in 4 formulations to perfect and smooth moderate to severe wrinkles, lines and folds and those troublesome lipstick lines. Suited even for the the highly mobile lines around the mouth and lips, you'll not notice where the filler is placed - nor will anyone else.

RHA closely mimics natural HA and still achieves:

  • A natural look at rest and in motion
  • Proven clinical effectiveness and duration up to 15 months
  • No delayed onset treatment-related adverse events observed in the US clinical studies

How Long do RHA Fillers Last?

RHA fillers produce noticeably smoother, fuller, and more youthful-looking skin for up to 1 ½ years. How long your results last will be influenced by factors unique to you, such as your age at the time of treatment, the RHA formulation used, the areas being corrected, and the care you take of your skin following treatment.

When Will I See Results from RHA Filler Treatment?

Results from RHA fillers will begin to appear within 24 to 48 hours of treatment and continue to improve in the following days. Unlike other dermal fillers, which can take several weeks to achieve optimal outcomes, final results from RHA treatment are often fully realized within two to three days.

How Long Does it Take to Recover from RHA Fillers?

Recovery from RHA filler treatment is incredibly fast. While there is no downtime to speak of, redness and swelling around the injection site may be present for a few days. However, these things will naturally subside without interference, quickly revealing softer and more attractive skin.

You will not need to arrange for a ride to or from our office for RHA filler treatment, but you may want to take the rest of the day to relax. Taking it easy in the hours following treatment will give your body time to adjust and may help reduce swelling and prevent bruising.

What is the Difference Between RHA Fillers and Other HA Fillers?

There are two primary types of wrinkles: dynamic (evident with facial movement) and static (always present). Traditional fillers treat static wrinkles, such as parenthesis lines around the mouth, but are not always ideal for dynamic wrinkles like crow’s feet. By contrast, RHA fillers can treat both dynamic and static wrinkles, often for longer than their alternatives.

In addition, RHA fillers require less processing than traditional HA fillers, making them similar to the natural HA produced by our bodies. This can help RHA fillers adapt to natural facial movements and allow them to create both subtler and more comprehensive results.

Meet the Lineup:

RHA 2: A flexible dermal filler that is FDA-approved for correcting the appearance of moderate folds. RHA 2 is ideal for smoothing the surface of the skin as well as treating radial cheek lines, AKA accordion lines, and peri-oral or lipstick lines. This filler can also be used for patients seeking lip augmentation.
RHA 3: Firmer than RHA 2, this is used to treat moderate to severe facial folds. Dr. Kate Ernst, DNP, ARNP will use RHA 3 to address the corners of the mouth and into the superficial fat pads of the cheeks to restore the "apple" volume.
RHA 4: The firmest of the three. It is designed to be injected into the deep dermis and even the superficial subcutaneous tissue. This filler addresses deep wrinkles and severe folds, including cheeks and to build out the chin and jawline.

      New! Redensity for Lipstick Lines

      How does Redensity work?

RHA® Redensity is injected into the skin with an ultrafine needle to plump the skin to fill in and smooth away lines and wrinkles around the mouth (perioral rhytids). This smoothing effect has been shown to last 24 weeks (6 months) in 73% of the patients (137 out of 188 patients), and 52 weeks (12 months) in 67% of the patients (125 out of 188 patients).

RHA® Redensity is not a permanent gel. It slowly goes away as the body absorbs the gel. The smoothing and plumping effect will gradually disappear.

       RHA Redensity™ -  0.7 mL in perioral rhytids   RHA® 2 - 1.5 mL in radial cheek lines  RHA® 3 - 1.0 mL in nasolabial fold area
