We provide access to a licensed dermatology practitioner, who performs a consultation that provides you with your individualized luxury skin care regimen recommendations. This can be done via telephone, email, photograph review, video call (preferred), or in person if requested. We will discuss your skin type, needs, concerns, and skin care goals at your consultation. You can either purchase the consultation alone if you prefer to obtain products elsewhere (remember, no guarantee that what you are purchasing is authentic) OR choose to have an entire skin care regimen curated for you.

Our most popular package is to request a consultation which becomes complementary with purchase of your professionally curated skin care regimen, which is then carefully packaged together and delivered directly to your doorstep.

You can purchase individual products without consultation, purchase products when you need to replenish your supply, or purchase a consultation with individual curation of your skin care regimen.

Products without consultation with be packed and shipped within 1-2 business days depending on stock availability. Consultations will be performed as scheduled by various type. Email and photograph review consultations will be completed within 24-48 hours of request and products will be packaged and shipped within 1-2 business days depending on stock availability. If a video or telephone consultation is requested, the products will be packaged and shipped within 1-2 business days after completion of consultationdepending on stock availability.
If you prefer, we can ship monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly curated skin care regimens if you prefer to leave the scheduling to us. This way, you will never run out of product.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds/returns as these are individualized product regimens for specific patients. We do recommend you reach out to us with any questions or concerns about your regimen. If a different product is more suitable for your need, we will apply product credits towards purchase of the replacement product within your regimen.
